• Place the freshly dipped strip directly beside the matching bottle chart.
• Use bright, neutral light and avoid glare, shadows, and colored pool lighting.
• Capture every pad and every chart label in one sharp photo.
• Review each detected value before applying it. PoolPilot rejects missing charts and low-confidence matches.

Chemistry guidance

Enter current readings and verify pool volume before dosing. Add chemicals separately, follow the product label, keep the pump running when directed, and retest after circulation. PoolPilot deliberately stages large corrections instead of recommending one aggressive dose.

Premium or purchase issue

Open Settings in PoolPilot and choose Restore purchases. Confirm that the device is signed into the Apple Account used for the subscription. Subscription changes are managed from Apple's subscription settings.
